At Evolution Off Road, even in the rare case an issue arises due to parts defects or setup issues, we want you to know we have your back!

Gear and locker installations with parts purchased through us: On jobs where both parts and labor were purchased through us, the Ring and Pinion, as well as the pinion and carrier bearings, are covered for a period of TWO years parts AND labor* Seals are covered for a period of 90 days, and all other parts including cases/lockers, axle shafts, and wheel bearings/seals, are covered under the original manufacturer's warranty. Our electrical wiring for lockers or accessories is covered under a lifetime warranty!

Gear and locker installations with customer provided parts: While we are willing to install parts you have provided, the following does apply. We reserve the right to refuse the installation of certain brands or used parts. Provided parts are only covered under the original manufacturer's warranty. We give a 90 day labor only warranty on installations using new parts only. Used parts have no warranty, but we will do our best to work with you should an issue arise.

 

Suspensions: Suspension systems installed by us are covered under the original manufacturer's parts warranty. We provide a 2 Year labor warranty on branded suspension systems purchased through us. We provide a 30 day labor warranty on customer provided parts. We retain the right to refuse the installation of certain parts.

*Note: ALL axle and differential warranties are limited by application. The following tire size limitations apply to all of our gear installations, and this chart is based on general warranty limitations provided by the gear manufacturers. If your differential is not listed, contact us regarding your application. In addition, for all warranties to apply, proper break in procedures, maintenance intervals, and fluid recommendations, must be followed as described in the instruction sheet you will be given at the time of installation.
