I put 40’s back on and decided to finally truss and gusset the front. I heard that E.O.R. did quality work and visited the shop. Andrew informed me that they would remove the axles and axle shafts to ensure a proper weld without damaging or overheating the interior shaft.

I had asked for a quote for an Eaton e-locker as the axle and shafts were being disassembled and hoped it would save on labor. (It did). It was a great quote so I decided to have it done.

I took @cookiemonstermojave out to Red Cone Pass to test it out. It did a great job! In the video you can see the front wheel spin. Then you can see when I engaged the front locker and it climbed right up. The popping you hear is the tire tread hitting the front fenders that sit too low and that I plan on modifying or replacing in the near future.

Over all, very pleased!
