Part of my order is missing
We do our best to ensure products are complete, but many products are prepackaged and we have no control of retail packaging. So in the rare case something is missing from your order, just contact us directly and we will work to resolve this matter as quickly as possible!

Which methods of payment can I use?
We accept all major credit cards and cash. Checks and EFT transfers may be also used to pay for parts, or to prepay for services, $50 returned check fee applies. We also work with Afterpay for easy financing options!

Do you have a retail store?
Yes! And if we don't have what you are looking for in stock, we can usually get it fast, and can price match any authorized retailer!

Can I track my order ?
Yes, tracking information will be sent to the email you provided at checkout. Please note our EOR merchandise ships direct from the printer/maker, so we have no control over shipping and lead times on these products.

You’ve sent me the wrong items
We work very hard to ensure the correct parts are sent for your application. On occasion there are compatibility issues between certain parts, years, models, etc, If the product shipped does not work for you, just contact us and we will make it right!

Has my order been sent yet ?
For all orders that are shipped directly to you, we will send tracking information to the email you provided as soon at the item(s) ship. There should be an estimated ship time in your order confirmation email. Feel free to email us at info@evolutionoffroadco.com for more information
