Hi, I'm Drew, I started E.O.R. in January of 2022 after moving to Colorado and getting involved in the local off road scene. It wasn't long after that I received several requests for gear and axle work from folks in local groups, due to my extensive background in the field.

I have not only been into 4 wheeling since even before I started driving back in the mid 90s, but I have worked in the automotive industry to some degree since 1997, from starting as a oil change tech to working as an installer at off-road and truck accessory and aftermarket shops, including installing suspensions and other auto/truck accessories, years installing 12V electronics as well as general repair work. In 2014 I moved to Raleigh NC to work at a nationally recognized axle and gear shop. I started there as a general technician, working my way up to becoming the primary axle builder/assembler for all the custom crate axles that we would ship all over the world, as well as installs at the shop.

After moving to Colorado in 2020 for my wife's career, and a dream move for us both, I decided to put my many years of experience to work here by starting my own shop. We know that building an off road rig is usually something done in stages as your needs and budget allow, so Evolution Off Road is here for all your needs along that journey!
